What are we looking for?
We’re looking for exceptional candidates looking to immerse themselves in the field of venture capital and AI-driven innovation in EMEA in the early stages. You should be energized by founders, curious about new markets, and eager to build conviction quickly.
As an MBA Fellow, you’ll be exposed to our global team and work directly with our investment teams, including the Managing Partners (ex-Gates Foundation and Hedosophia). We want hungry, driven individuals who can jump in fast, take ownership, and operate with a high bar for judgement and execution. You’ll play a meaningful role in scaling BNVT into a global investment platform, with real headroom for growth as the firm expands.
Different Fellowship options to be based in our London or Riyadh office.
What you’ll be doing
Fellows gain experience across the investment lifecycle, and develop their essential VC toolkit in order to:
Build sector-specific theses in EMEA SaaS, Fintech and Climate ecosystems.
Source and screen Late Seed / Series A companies relevant to the BNVT thesis.
Present investment recommendations in Deal Review.
Conduct Due Diligence into live investment opportunities.
Financial modelling and Investment Memos to present to the Investment Committee.
Where are you coming from?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and ability to integrate them into the investment process.
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
Skilled at financial modelling the path from today to exit - revenue, costs, runway, and outcomes.
